On the form, you can remain anonymous if you would like, or you are welcome to leave your name and indicate whether you would like us to follow up. Submissions are checked approximately once every two weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Although GSAC can informally help advocate for students, the form above does not initiate any formal university action or policy. To file a formal grievance in CEE, please refer to Appendix 1 of the CEE graduate handbook:
